Graduate Admissions Coordinator
Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology

Carlos R. Flores Haylock joined the team of administrative staff of Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology (ICSST) on May 1, 2026, as Graduate Admissions Coordinator. Carlos has an extensive background in accounting, finance, and human resources, with more than 20 years of experience in multinational environments, including roles at KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Johnson & Johnson, and H&R Block. In his work prior to joining the ICSST community, Carlos specialized in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and international personnel management across Latin America and the Caribbean. During that time, he coordinated cross-border regulatory processes, collaborated with government authorities and legal advisors, and led operational initiatives such as office openings and process improvements. Additionally, Carlos has experience as a university professor and is committed to education and mentorship, with a particular interest in serving diverse academic communities.

During his time living in Panama, Carlos was actively involved in ministry in the Archdiocese of Panama, serving as an altar server, catechist, youth minister, coordinator of pre-marital and marriage programs, coordinator of World Youth Day volunteers, and extraordinary minister of Holy Communion. Upon moving to the United States, he immediately became involved in parish life at Holy Trinity Parish, Westfield, and more recently, he became an SSL tutor at ICSST, teaching Spanish as a second language to seminarians.

In his role as Graduate Admissions Coordinator, Carlos exercises administrative responsibility and international coordination, with his vocation of service at the heart of his work. He is committed to supporting the entire ICSST community and all its students, whether priests, seminarians, religious brothers and sisters, diaconal candidates, or lay men and women.
