Marion began working at Seton Hall University in 2000 as a department secretary for the Upward Bound Program. In 2007 she got a promotion and became a Secretary for Graduate Admissions in the College of Education and Human Services. Marion is enrolled in the Associate of Arts program at Eastern Gateway Community College and plans to transfer to Seton Hall University to obtain a bachelor's degree.
