Professor Manuelian graduated from Seton Hall in 1990 with a B.A. in English. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1994. Holly has a background in both criminal prosecution and civil litigation. She worked in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney where she handled all facets of criminal prosecution from arrest to trial, spending most of her tenure there indicting cases before the Grand Jury and handling cases in the Narcotics Bureau. After leaving the District Attorney’s office, Holly began litigating personal injury defense cases as an associate with McCartney, McCartney, Kerrigan and McCartney in Nyack, NY. Professor Manuelian is admitted to practice law in both New York and Connecticut.

Professor Manuelian joined the adjunct faculty at Seton Hall in 2013 where she teaches several classes in the Criminal Justice Department, including Research Methods, Criminology, Community Supervision and Prosecution and Adjudication. Holly is also an active philanthropist and does a great deal of non-profit work. Professor Manuelian is happy to be back on campus contributing to the academic excellence at Seton Hall.
