A Message from President Nyre, Janaury 18, 2023

Dear Setonians,

Welcome back to our campuses. I hope all of you are energized and eager to make strides intellectually, socially and spiritually in 2023.

We now embark on a semester that will advance our Great Minds in new and unforeseen ways. To accomplish this, we will take advantage of every opportunity provided by a Seton Hall education.

We can reach our highest potential by working to understand and value each other’s contributions. As a University, we are never as robust individually as we are in the context of our community. Together, I am confident we will elevate campus discourse to shed fresh light on all manner of vital issues.

A new semester is the perfect time to envision the many positive outcomes we can attain over the next four months. As we know, the most worthwhile outcomes require the greatest sacrifice; achieving a first-class higher education is not for the faint of heart.

Thankfully, at Seton Hall we work to support each other and collaborate to find solutions when issues arise. We rely on each other to transform lives and build a better world. 

I wish each of you a fulfilling and productive semester. You will be in my prayers for continued health and happiness.
