Stillman School of Business Launches In the Lead, New Magazine on Topic of Leadership
The Stillman School of Business and its Business Leadership Center announce the inaugural issue of In the Lead, a preeminent magazine that addresses the topic of leadership exclusively. This new magazine is focused on sharing leadership perspectives from the field, with content that is curated from leaders across industries and focused on sharing lessons learned from real-world experiences versus academic literature.
To that end, contributors in this first issue include the coauthor of the iconic bestseller The One Minute Manager, the CEO of one of the largest commercial banks in the region, an Emmy award-winning anchor, and a "turnaround management" pioneer. They are joined by accomplished management faculty in the School of Business and a young alumna.
In the Lead seeks to inform future leaders, generate global dialogue on leadership and build a community of leaders that sees more effective leadership as a prerequisite to building a better world. In this issue readers will benefit from perspectives on leadership arising from current and emerging topics such as globalization, servant leadership, crisis management, Gen Z, organizational transformation, innovation, and of course, the hallmark of Seton Hall's Buccino Leadership Institute – leadership development.
"I am thrilled to be a co-editor along with my Seton Hall colleagues, Steven Lorenzet and Bryan Price," said Ruchin Kansal, M.B.A., associate director of the Business Leadership Center in the Buccino Leadership Institute. "Our vision is for In the Lead to become THE leadership magazine for current and aspiring leaders."
