The Gerald P. Buccino '63 Center for Leadership Development Celebrates Class of 2020
Friday, May 15, 2020
While the global pandemic may have delayed their ceremony at the Prudential Center, graduating seniors of The Gerald P. Buccino '63 Center for Leadership Development within the Stillman School of Business successfully secured prestigious jobs in finance, accounting, marketing, and other highly sought after sectors of the business world. With the assistance of the Leadership Council and executive mentors who aided in their undergraduate studies, these Buccino Leaders are well on their way to creating remarkable legacies.
"Four years ago, you could see the twinkle in the eyes of our Leadership Class of 2020. It was the beautiful ember of their passion and love of life and their journey to be more than they ever dreamed they could be. Now those embers burn ever more intensely and shine brilliantly on their magnificent personal and professional growth," said Michael Reuter, director of the Business Leadership Center. "I am humbled and honored to serve them as mentor, coach and friend on their extraordinary life's journey. Congratulations and success to them!"
Director Reuter, who will be retiring this coming August, added, "The best is yet to come for these four and all of our Buccino Leaders. The Program's continuing success in developing exceptional leaders takes a tribe. And we have a magnificent tribe. We thank the Center's executive advisory council, the Leadership alumni, faculty and administrators within Stillman and across the entire Seton Hall Community, and Professor Jack Shannon and Dr. Jerry Buccino for their continuing support."
The Gerald P. Buccino '63 Center for Leadership Development has been named the #1 Certificate Program with Emphasis on Leadership/Organizational Development by HR.com five years in a row. The Center aims to develop extraordinary leaders who will be recognized for the values and principles by which they live, their vision and purpose in life, the results they achieve, their service to the community, and dedication and caring for those they serve.
