Online Program
If your situation requires greater flexibility than our Immersion option, we offer the same the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business, Customer Experience Program in a self-paced online learning setting. This alternative to our in-class programs allows you to select your own time and place to attend. You can tailor the program to your pace and personal learning style. If you want the convenience of self-study, but still want to be able to ask questions and receive feedback from an expert, then our online courses are just right for you.
What to expect?
During the program, you'll access the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business, online learning portal. Each of the eight-modules is presented with videos, references, assignments, and collaborative discussion boards. As in the classroom course, you'll work on a Capstone Project and receive your Professional Customer Experience Portfolio at the course's conclusion.
Earn academic graduate credit
Not only will you advance your education and develop new strategies for the workplace, but at the completion of the program you’ll receive two graduate management elective credits. If you apply and are accepted to the MBA program, you will receive a third credit when you complete a project with Seton Hall faculty. This differentiating factor puts you even further ahead in your journey.
