Your First Stop for Help With Technology Questions

The Solutions Studio is the Innovation Hub’s walkup support desk- your first stop for help with technology questions and laptop/mobile device issues.  Located in the open-style seating area next to the elevator, it’s designed to be approachable and easy to get the services you need.


What We Help With 

  • Troubleshooting laptop hardware and software issues 
  • Issue loaners for laptops in repair
  • Troubleshooting software issues and assisting with training/questions with applications such as One Drive, Teams, Office 365
  • Getting connected to Campus or Guest Network Access
  • Account and login troubleshooting, including password help
  • DUO Two-Factor setup and authentication issues
  • Support for Blueprint printing

What to Expect  

  • Walk up to the counter and tell us what you need assistance with
  • We’ll troubleshoot, guide you to the right solution, or connect you with the right service
  • If the issue needs hardware support, we will issue you a loaner laptop, have your laptop repaired by our Technical Support Associates, and contact you once the repair is completed with steps to pick up your laptop
  • Offer help with other studios within the Innovation Hub 

PC Support Services (PCSS)   

The Solutions Studio is PCSS’s centrally located walkup support for the SHU community, providing help for hardware and software support and technology questions.
