To assess opportunities to broaden awareness of ICSST by developing relationships with vocation directors, we plan to invite 12 directors to visit ICSST in the fall semester to deepen their understanding of our mission and vision in light of leadership formation, and for us to listen to the challenges and needs of the directors.

This phase will be followed by formalizing a comprehensive marketing plan, modeled after the structure we recently created for our CCE. We also will attend the annual meeting of the National Conference of Diocesan Vocation Directors, and the annual United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). Simultaneously, we will work with our faculty in creating and/or revising courses in the Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry programs regarding practical aspects of parish ministry.
