Wealth Management
Seton Hall University’s Bachelor of Science in Wealth Management prepares students for rewarding careers in personal financial advising, investment planning, and wealth management. Blending technical expertise with behavioral insight and ethical decision-making, this program equips students to meet the demands of one of today’s fastest-growing sectors within financial services.
Why Choose Wealth Management at Stillman?
The B.S. in Wealth Management offers students a distinct advantage by combining technical
knowledge with real-world experience. Seton Hall’s program emphasizes experiential
learning through internships, financial labs and community-based pro bono projects.
A hallmark of the program is its focus on behavioral finance, helping future advisors understand client motivations and build trust-based relationships.
Students also complete industry-recognized certifications, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC), as well as Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), giving them a competitive edge in the job market. Successful completion of the major allows the student to sit for the Certified Financial Planning® (CFP) designation.
To further broaden their expertise, all Wealth Management majors are required to pursue a second major, encouraging interdisciplinary learning across fields such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Economics.
