Due in part to the inaccessibility and mistrust of their data many companies are "flying blind" in terms of accessing and understanding vital data about their own workforce. This is a major pain point we often hear because it serves as a barrier for organizations to get the intelligence necessary from their data to design a more effective workplace. We evolved ADP DataCloud in an effort to help solve for that challenge and allow business leaders and HR managers to make more informed and efficient decisions that directly impact the bottom line.
Prior to ADP, Berkowitz was the VP of Products and Data Science & Oracle Adaptive Intelligence for Oracle. He held this position for nearly seven years, leading product strategy, management and data science for Oracle's data driven cloud applications, combining data science, web-scale data assets, and enterprise application data into targeted intelligent systems.
Berkowitz has delivered solutions with a wide range of Global 50 clients from Financial Services, Consumer Web, and Healthcare. He has an M.S. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in psychology from the College of William and Mary.
