Calling College Entrepreneurs! “Ask a Lawyer” Virtual Workshop on Startup Business Legal Issues on March 16 at 7:30 p.m.

                                    The good news: Seton Hall University's aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to attend
                                    the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship’s "Ask A Lawyer Virtual Workshop" on
                                    Wednesday March 16 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The workshop will be led by Marco A. Gonzalez Jr., an attorney at Santomassimo Davis
                                    LLP, the legal sponsor of the university's annual Pirates Pitch Startup Competition.
                                    Gonzalez is also the outside counsel for the statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
                                    of New Jersey.
                                    
                                    The workshop will cover topics such as intellectual property issues, copyrights, patents,
                                    partnership agreements and other legal matters involved in starting a business. Participants
                                    will have a chance to ask questions about startup business legal issues, too.
