Mike Grandinetti has been continuously active in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and human-centric design. He's served as an operating executive and an educator since earning his BS Engineering degree and has spent his entire career in the world's leading innovation clusters of Silicon Valley, Boston, Austin, and Tel Aviv. He's a successful serial tech entrepreneur and has been named Financial Times Global Professor of the Week and Professor of the Year.
As a professor of entrepreneurship, innovation, design, and marketing at Harvard, Brown, and Rutgers, Mike is on the faculty of the University of California at Berkeley executive course, Engineering Leadership Professional Program, where he’s also Program Development Fellow for the Berkeley Innovation X- Labs. He’s been on the faculty of the MIT Founder’s Program on Entrepreneurship for over a decade, and previously was a Senior Lecturer in the MIT Sloan School of Management. He’s taught courses on Leadership at the MBA/EMBA and Executive Education levels since 2010.
Mike has worked as an innovation consultant for top companies from Accenture to Zimmer Biomet. He's a board member, hackathon, and design sprint leader for IBM, Nestle, and more. He's also a keynote speaker (TEDx, MIT CIO Symposium, International Startup Festival), podcast author and host, columnist (Forbes), startup accelerator leader (StartupNext Techstars seed stage), and in-demand startup mentor.
His wealth of experience led to induction into the National Engineering Honor Society and the Rutgers College of Engineering Medal of Excellence Award for Career Achievement, where he graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He was also named alumni of the year at Rutgers. He earned his MBA degree with distinction at Yale, where he was named the annual Jess Morrow Johns Memorial Scholar and a Yale Teaching Fellow.

With a strong foundation in finance and technology, he can dissect a company’s core valuation metrics and develop, deliver and measure technical solutions that drive those criteria. Jean is currently serves as a global executive coach and trainer at Amazon working with teams to apply technology to drive valuation, outcomes and consults on some of Amazon’s largest customers. Jean has been a CFO and CIO, and also had the privilege of working at AT&T labs where he focused Artificial Intelligence (AI) and was an initiator on patents in that space.
Jen Noborikawa
Jen Noborikawa brings a deep expertise in driving social impact through innovation, cross-sector collaboration, human-centered design, technology, programs, operations and education. Her work has spanned government, nonprofits, academia and the private sector. Noborikawa served as the dDirector of NYCx Moonshots and senior advisor for inclusive innovation at the NYC Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. She’s held various leadership positions at national edtech and workforce development nonprofits and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Bikes Together.
Tasvir Hasan
Tasvir (Tas) Hasan, with a 20-year career at J.P. Morgan as senior credit officer, managed a $40 billion loan portfolio and led the Payments Salesforce. Recognized as a Top 100 Finance and Real Estate professional, he's multilingual in Spanish and Bengali. Founder of TasHas1037, LLC, he specializes in risk mitigation, real estate investment, and business strategy consultation, showcasing his versatility and dedication.
David Hollis
Dave Hollis is a management analyst for a federal agency responsible for administrative oversight of programs involving over 180 sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, such as monitoring the use and availability of real estate owned by the agency, the naming of roads and buildings within the properties, and drafting official responses to congressional and customer inquiries. He serves as a subject matter expert of business process improvement. Throughout his military career, Hollis found himself in demanding units, tackling challenging leadership and tactical training courses. His career included deployments to five countries and the leading of 189 combat missions in Iraq. Hollis has held leadership positions from small four-person teams to senior positions supervising over one-hundred soldiers, and finished his career training, mentoring and preparing military units from the U.S. and foreign allied forces for combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
