Information Technology Management (ITM)

In a world that is reliant on Information Technology (IT) to operate, understanding and being able to use IT tools is incredibly important. The certificate in ITM provides a path for students who have concentrations in other areas to obtain the skills to apply IT to business problems. 

Increasingly companies are looking for all their employees to be able to use IT tools in their job function from day one. A certificate in IT provides an academic credential that documents you have these skills.

Who is eligible for the Information Technology Management Certificate?

The Certificate Program in Supply Chain management is designed for both non-business and business majors at Seton Hall University. 

Curriculum

Students are required to complete the two following courses with a grade of C or better:

  • BITM 2701 Management Information Systems
  • BITM 3727 Advanced Business Software Tools

Students may select two additional courses from the following courses and complete them with a grade of C or better:

  • Any other BITM course
  • BLAW 4320 Disruption, Technology and Law
  • BFIN 4260 -Finance and Technology

How to apply for the certificate:

  • Fill out and submit the application by April 15th in the semester you intend to graduate
  • For classes you are currently taking, leave the grade blank and enter enrolled
