Effective Intercultural Communication
The Effective Intercultural Leader and The Effective Intercultural Communicator is a 2 -part certificate program that focuses on developing the ability of participants to manage and inspire a diverse staff and organization. The program is designed for those who work in a multi-cultural setting or desire to do so. The program explores the changing dynamics of today's global workplace, and focuses on skill building in areas that will enable workplace managers to lead and energize their diverse teams, while conveying an organization's vision to others.
