Can I pay for a ticket the evening of the event?
We encourage you to purchase your seat/s prior to the event.

Can I purchase a table without knowing the names of my guests?
Yes. All guest names must be submitted by October 1, 2023, to Shannon Roth, [email protected] to ensure entry.

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
No, we do not issue printed tickets.  You will receive a confirmation email upon registering online. Your name, and the names of your guests are listed on our registration form. You simply check in upon arrival and give them your name/s.

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest.  Please contact Shannon Roth, [email protected] as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.

How many seats are at each table?

What is the attire?
Formal Attire – sits between cocktail and black tie, slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and less dressy than black tie.

Where should I park?
We are pleased to offer complimentary valet to all gala guests. Upon arrival at the Legacy Castle, please pull up to the main entrance for the attendant to valet your car. Should you not be interested in the valet, self-parking is available in the lot across from the main entrance.
