School of Health and Medical Sciences
Faculty

Gathering and assessing medical data is a complex task.  The core faculty members of our department are physician assistants who draw upon diverse clinical backgrounds to help students to develop these critical skills.  Many of our faculty members are accomplished scholars who have published, lectured at local and national conferences and served in many leadership positions within the physician assistant profession.  At the end of the day, we recognize that our ultimate responsibility is the close and careful instruction of our students.  Quality instruction involves much more than a simple delivery of facts- it involves assisting a student through the complex process of developing effective clinical thinking skills and promoting an appreciation of life-long learning.
