BIG EAST Announces League Of Legends February Schedule
Monday, February 15th, 2021
The spring 2021 League of Legends schedule continues into February with new times. Through six rounds of action, DePaul and Butler lead with matching records of 5-0-1 and 15 points.
Connecticut, Georgetown, St. John’s and Seton Hall tie for third at 4-0-2 and 12 points. Marquette ranks seventh currently with nine points and a 3-0-3 record. Providence is in eighth with a 1-0-6 record and three points. Villanova ranks ninth with a 1-0-5 record and three points. The teams are competing in League of Legends Summoners Rift.
The spring competitions consist of a best-of-one double round robin, with each team playing each other team once. Each team plays two matches per week. Starting side choice is randomly predetermined such that each team has first side choice in half their games, and one game with first side choice against each opponent. The competition is run by Battlefy.
Four matches have been selected for the following three weeks to be live streamed on the Electronic Gaming Federation’s Official Twitch channel, along with the newly launched BIG EAST Twitch channel.
Match times for the next three weeks will be 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. ET. Below is the schedule for the live matches through Feb. 27. The live schedule is subject to change week to week.
The full bracket and schedule with stats and standings can be found on the Battlefy website.
