Dr. Catherine Ruby is the Assistant Dean for Graduate Enrollment Management at the School of Diplomacy. Dr. Ruby’s responsibilities include the School’s recruitment, admissions, incoming student scholarships and new graduate student advising for graduate programs.

Dr. Ruby previously led the School of Diplomacy's Office of Internships and Career Development. There she managed and taught in the School's academic internship program and in the professional skills education workshops. Dr. Ruby also supported students in experiential learning opportunities with partner organizations including the Semester in Washington D.C. program, managed in affiliation with the United Nations Association.

Dr. Ruby came to the School of Diplomacy as the Director of Graduate Admissions. Prior to that, Dr. Ruby was the Director of Admissions at the School of Professional Studies at New York University and then directed Seton Hall University’s Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program, an equal opportunity program, partially funded by the State of New Jersey. Dr. Ruby also has professional experience in student financial aid at the state level and in the technology and information services division of a Canadian university.
