Visual and Sound Media

A student's minor in Visual and Sound Media is developed with a faculty adviser. Students can choose to focus their minor in film, radio or television.

Curriculum

  • COBF 2210 Introduction to Media Studies (3 credits)
  • COBF 2212 Introduction to Visual Theory (3 credits)
  • COBF 2231 Electronic Age in America OR COBF 2232 Evolution of Film Art (3 credits) OR
  • COBF 2232 Evolution of Film Art (3 credits)

Three additional Visual and Sound Media elective courses (9 credits) as approved by the area's academic adviser.
