Life on the Green | 12 p.m., University Green
You’ll soon realize the Green is the place to be. Come out to the Green and enjoy the afternoon with lawn games and learn about events and involvement opportunities on campus.

Campus Ministry's 8th Annual Corn Hole Tournament | 4 p.m., University Green
Try your hand to win big! Join Campus Ministry on the Green for our 8th Annual Cornhole Tournament during Welcome Week, sponsored by Campus Ministry.

SHU Women's Soccer vs. NJIT | 4 p.m., Owen T. Carroll Field
SHU Men's Soccer vs. Rider | 6:56 p.m., Owen T. Carroll Field

The place to be on campus on Thursday, Aug. 25 will be the soccer doubleheader as Women’s Soccer hosts NJIT (4 p.m.) and Men’s Soccer hosts Rider (6:56 p.m.). The first 700 students in attendance will receive a Seton Hall Pirates laptop sleeve, courtesy of the Athletics Department and the Office of Student Engagement.

SAB Fall Comedy Lecture featuring TBA | 8p.m., Field House
SAVE THE DATE and join the Student Activities Board on Friday, August 26 for a comedic conversation featuring an exciting performer to be announced!  Stay tuned for an announcement coming your way soon.  The event is free, but tickets are required to gain entrance to the event. Glow on the Green | 8 p.m., University Green (Rain Location: Bethany Hall)
Head over to the Green and dance the night away on Saturday, August 27! Fraternity and Sorority Life is hosting a silent disco with varying music channels along with glow in the dark lawn games including ping pong, mini golf, corn hole, and more. Remember to bring your Student ID!

New Student Convocation | 2 p.m., Field House
*This is a required event for new students.
New Student Convocation is one of your first traditions as a new Pirate! New Student Convocation is a signature Seton Hall event that marks the beginning of your collegiate career. Come join your peers to formally kick off the semester and your legacy here at Seton Hall University!

Blue Day | 3p.m., University Green
Let's celebrate all things SHU and all things BLUE at Blue Day! Join SAB on the Green for Blue Day with inflatables, food trucks and boardwalk games as we kick off the start of the semester! It's a great way to meet new people, celebrate Pirate pride and relax before the first day of classes.

Careers on the Green: Fall Kickoff! | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., University Green
To kick off the fall semester, The Career Center invites all students to a special Careers on the Green event on the first day of classes! Activate your Handshake profile to receive a free frozen treat (while supplies last), spin the wheel for a chance to win a prize, and meet your Career Advisor! Ice cream is first come, first served. We hope to see you there!

Wingo | 7 p.m., Bethany Hall
Join SAB and the WOW Squad for an evening of everyone's favorite game - BINGO! This isn't your average game of bingo - it has a twist! Instead of calling numbers, our DJ will be playing songs. Know the tune? Have it on your board? Mark it off and then you're one box closer to winning! Enjoy a variety of chicken wings and vegan nuggets - it's what puts the wing in Wingo!

SHU Women's Volleyball vs. Hofstra | 7 – 9 p.m., Walsh Gymnasium
Seton Hall University Women's Volleyball takes on Hofstra University! Come out to the Walsh Gym (located in the Recreation Center) to enjoy the game.

Involvement Fair | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m, University Green
Looking to get involved at SHU? The spring Involvement Fair is an opportunity to learn more about our 130+ student organizations and 25+ Greek-lettered organizations! Join the Office of Student Engagement and student leaders on the University Green on August 31 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and get involved!

Is your room missing the special something? Time to deck it out with custom posters at our poster sale! Join us on the Green for a wide variety of posters available for sale.

First Week Butterflies | 12 p.m. – 4 p.m., University Green
Does the first week of school give you the butterflies? Celebrate your first week of classes by stopping by the Green to experience a Butterfly Garden sanctuary. Step inside a netted enclosure amid a tranquil area to observe butterflies fly around you, and maybe one will land on your finger or shoulder for a photo.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about Fraternity and Sorority Life. Council representation includes Collegiate Panhellenic Council and Chapters, Greek Municipal Assembly, Interfraternity Council and Chapters, Multicultural Greek Council and Chapters, and National Pan-Hellenic Council and Chapters.

SAB Travel: Philly College Fest | 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Philadelphia, PA
Spend the day exploring the museum and exhibits of Philadelphia! Join SAB and Campus Philly and have free access to over 25 museums and free SEPTA transportation around the City of Brotherly Love. For more information about College Fest visit: https://campusphilly.org/collegefest/.
