A. The log-in page for the Applicant Portal is here: applicant.shu.edu.

Q. I walked away from my computer and my session in the Applicant Portal timed out.  How long do I have before that happens?
A. For security purposes, your session lasts only 30 minutes.  After that time, you will be asked to log-in again.

Q. When will I know if I'm accepted?
A. You should receive a letter in the mail approximately 4 weeks after we have received all your application materials. Once you receive this letter, the next time you log-in, you will see different content in the portal.  If you have submitted all your application materials more than 4 weeks ago, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 1-800-THE-HALL (843-4255) or thehall@shu.edu.
