The Technology website provides a wealth of "how-to" articles, as well as answers to many frequently asked questions.
Additionally, the Technology Service Desk is available 24/7. They are your point of contact for any technology related questions or problems.

PC Support Services – Corrigan Hall - Lower Level, Room 29
Walk in hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Media Services – Classroom and event media support is available Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Training requests or other assistance may be made by calling ext. 9554 from on-campus, (973) 761-9554 from off-campus, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Security – Keep your passwords secret, never provide your password over email or based on an email request, create strong passwords and change your password every 90 days. If you suspect phishing, identity theft, or hacking, please do not open the file and alert the Service Desk immediately.
Faculty printing: In addition to utilizing your department or local printer, you may also use any of the public printers on campus. View public print locations »

An Online Teaching Certificate is offered by taking a series of 5 one hour workshops over the course of 3 weeks in November. The workshops will cover how-to be a competent online instructor, how-to teach to an inclusive classroom, engagement strategies, blackboard, course design and why quality matters.
