The ARC Night will focus on the resources and programs provided by the Academic Resource Center, and will feature conversations about tutoring, and the workshops they provide.

Trivia Night

Trivia Night will act as a virtual social event where we choose a theme - this time it’s Disney Trivia. At the end of the night, we will be distributing a $25 gift card to Dunkin Donuts. We will be using Kahoot for the game’s platform.

Career Center Night
Thursday, August 27

The Career Center Night will focus on the resources and programs provided by Career Services, and will feature conversations about Resume Writing and where and when to attend workshops. This event is geared specifically towards Transfer Students.

Transfer Student Resources Workshop
Friday, August 28

The Transfer Student Workshop will be a culmination of the Welcome Week, and will focus mostly on the online resources, tools, and programs accessible to SHU students. This, like with most of our events, is geared towards transfer students.

Transfer Social
Saturday, August 29

The Transfer Social will be an event for transfer students to gather virtually and have conversations. This can be an introductory style meeting, where everyone can chat about their life and what they hope to do while at Seton Hall.

Study Methods Workshop
Saturday, September 5

The Study Methods workshop is geared towards the transfer students, and the hosts will focus the discussions on building routines and how to manage time while learning virtually, while also speaking about important resources such as the library.

This event is meant to bring our transfer students closer together by speaking about spirituality and service and how it ties into our lives as students of Seton Hall. Part of Seton Hall’s mission is to foster ethical development alongside academic.

Jeopardy!

We’ll be hosting a special-topic Jeopardy game night that all students are welcome to attend. Both the topics of the game and the prize will be announced in the weeks leading up to the event.

Relay for Life

Relay for Life is a night where the Seton Hall community comes together to celebrate those who have beat cancer, remember those who have lost, and stand with those currently fighting against this disease. Please join us in the fight!
