Veronica Armour is an Instructional Designer with the Teaching, Learning and Technology Center at Seton Hall University. Her primary areas of focus are online course development and pedagogical and technology support for courses and programs.  

Prior to joining Seton Hall University, Veronica worked as an Associate Editor for Wiley Higher Education publishing, where she worked with authors to develop multimedia materials and adaptive assessments for use in the WileyPLUS platform. Veronica also worked as the Quality Matters Publishers Representative for the certification process of WileyPLUS courses.
