Frank worked as a radio reporter for 15 years at several stations. He then started an audio/video production company for 20 years. He was asked to return to Seton Hall as chief Engineer for the radio station , WSOU, in 1998.
Frank has been married for 35 years and has 3 children. He has worked for many years in the non profit world, including as a volunteer director of EIES of New Jersey, a radio reading service for the blind and physically handicapped.
