Kimberly A. Mailley, M.A.P.M., is Assistant Director, Center for Diaconal Formation. She has 30 years of experience in office management, including seven years in continuing education and retreats for priests. Before working at ICSST, she was Assistant Director of the International Institute for Clergy Formation at Seton Hall University. In collaboration with the Center for Diaconal Formation’s Advisory Committee consisting of wives of deacons from multiple dioceses, Kimberly has developed spiritual enrichment programs and initiatives for wives of deacons and deacon candidates, and for deacon couples. In collaboration with wives of deacons, she developed a blog, Called to Greater Love, to serve wives of deacons and deacon candidates. Kimberly earned her M.A. in Pastoral Ministry in December 2017 from Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology. She earned her B.S. in Business Management with a Finance concentration from Rutgers University Newark College of Arts and Sciences and has a Certificate in Youth Ministry awarded by Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology and the Center for Ministry Development, Gig Harbor, WA. She served as Coordinator of Youth Ministry for 19 years, and later, as Pastoral Associate for the New Evangelization at Saint James the Apostle Church, Springfield, NJ. She is a voting member of the National Association of Diaconate Directors. Kimberly co-authored “A Special Occasion for New Jersey's Deacons,” an article on the Center for Diaconal Formation’s National Diaconate Convocation, which was published in the March 2017 issue of Deacon Digest.
