Her remarkable skills and talents encompass various roles such as author, grant writer, corporate and nonprofit trainer, program facilitator, media personality, and entrepreneur. In addition to her numerous achievements, she also serves as the Executive Director of the Great Joy Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization based in New Jersey. As a professor who has served in the Master of Social Work departments at the University of New England, Rutgers University, the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and Kean University, Dr. La’Tesha is currently serving as Director, of MSW Field Education at Seton Hall University.
