Edwin Pak-wah Leung, Ph.D.

Professor Emeritus
Department of Languages Literatures and Cultures

I have been at Seton Hall University for over 30 years, teaching a wide variety of courses in history, politics, international relations, business, and bilingual education, with a focus on Asia. As an international scholar having published more than 20 books and numerous articles, I travel frequently to different countries around the world to give speeches and lectures. Living in this Global Village, I try to serve as a bridge between cultures. Because of my work and contributions in this area, I was awarded the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 2007. Past recipients of this award include six United States Presidents and many Nobel Prize winners.
