I started my teaching career at Seton Hall University in 2012 and have enjoyed developing and teaching several courses, including Healthcare Data Analytics, Research Methods and Statistical Analysis, Healthcare Policy, Healthcare Economics, and Healthcare Finance. I am currently the Program Director of the Masters in Healthcare Administration program in the Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration. 

My work experience in program development, monitoring and evaluation experience on maternal and child health and nutrition and prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV spans over 10 years with NGOs such as CARE, EngenderHealth, Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Center at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as well as consulting with UNICEF. I have conducted studies on population, nutrition, reproductive health, women and children's health, communication, and training. In 2021, I published my first book – Health Services Research and Analytics Using Excel.

I speak, read, and write fluent English and Hindi and have worked and traveled in seven countries in Africa and Asia and I am a frequent presenter at professional meetings of the American Evaluation Association.
