The inaugural event in this series will feature philosopher and theologian John D. Caputo, Ph.D. Drawing upon his career as a professor in both Catholic and secular institutions, Caputo will raise questions that explore how the ideas of state, religion and university fit together.

All students are invited to join Dr. Nyre for lunch in the Pirate Dining Room.  On the menu will be student favorites’ as well as some of Dr. Nyre's.  Commuter students without a meal plan are invited to pick up a complimentary lunch ticket at the Dean of Students Office (rm. 237, UC) anytime between Monday, Nov. 11th and Wednesday, Nov. 13th, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Seton Hall University Men’s Basketball vs Michigan State | 8:30 p.m., Prudential Center
The Seton Hall men's basketball team will host a marquee opponent in November this upcoming season as the Pirates will take on Michigan State at Prudential Center on Thursday, Nov. 14 as part of the 2019 edition of the Gavitt Tipoff Games that pits members of the BIG EAST against members of the Big Ten. Join alumni before the game at Redd's Biergarten from 5:30 - 8 p.m. Register to attend.

Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week Food Drive
Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is held each year the week before Thanksgiving. Its purpose is to raise awareness and empathy concerning hunger and homelessness, and to help promote the national endeavor to end hunger and homelessness. Join DOVE in supporting this initiative all week by donating non-perishable food items to designated areas across campus.
