Seton Hall is proud to announce it has received more than $1.47 million in support from over 8,200 young alumni, graduates of the last 10 years, since the inception of the University's historic For All, Forever campaign. With representation from each of the University's eight schools and colleges, these recent graduates are helping shape the future of Seton Hall for generations to come.

Young alumni directed their philanthropy across a wide range of priorities, with the greatest area of support focusing on entrepreneurial learning and collaboration at the Stillman School of Business. They also provided significant support to the Seton Hall Fund, which helps the University address critical priorities and emerging needs, and to Pirate Blue Athletics.

Most of the cohort's giving advances the campaign's Enriching Our Education pillar, which focuses on providing students with access to experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom through internships, study abroad programs, clinical experiences and athletic participation.

"We are honored to see this type of engagement from our young Pirate alumni, but not surprised," said Anthony Bellucci, associate vice president of alumni engagement and philanthropy. "The University attracts students who want to make a difference. Their commitment to giving back and staying involved demonstrates the lasting impact of a Seton Hall education."

Among those supporters is Young Alumni Council member Neel Patel, M.B.A. '21, who credits the Seton Hall alumni network with helping launch his career in pharmaceutical marketing.

"My mentors helped me with everything from reviewing job applications to making connections. I got my first job thanks to one of those connections," said Patel. "That's why I stay involved; alumni are the reason I have a job today."

With more than 105,000 Seton Hall alumni around the world, maintaining strong alumni engagement is essential to the University's long-term success.

"The goal of alumni engagement is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem," said Bellucci. "We want to support today's students and give them every opportunity to succeed so they can, in turn, help create opportunities for the students who follow."

According to Patel, now is the moment for alumni to reconnect with the University.

"For All, Forever matters because we are investing in the next generation that can change the world," said Patel. "But we need support to make that happen."

"The success of For All, Forever and the impact it's having on our students and campuses is only possible because of our alumni community," said Jon Paparsenos, vice president for University Advancement. "The fact that so many young alumni have already chosen to support Seton Hall speaks to the strength of their connection to the University and their belief in its future."

Five years after graduating from Seton Hall, Patel encourages fellow young alumni to start small.

"Build a habit of giving now that can follow you throughout your life," Patel said. "And your support doesn't have to be financial. It can be as simple as providing mentorship to a student for 30 minutes a month."
