Campus Ministry Service Trip to AlaskaSeton Hall Campus Ministry, after a very successful pilgrimage to Brazil for World Youth Day in 2013, and at the request of students, is continuing the spirit of World Youth Day by organizing and leading a pilgrimage to Fairbanks, Alaska. From July 19 – August 1, 2014, thirteen Seton Hall Students and 3 Religious Brothers who work for Seton Hall Campus Ministry will travel to Fairbanks to aid this remote and missionary church. They will put themselves at the service of the needs of the people of Fairbanks, working with the local churches and in the communities. During this time, they will be hosted by local parishioners in the Fairbanks Diocese.

Following this experience of service, they will spend a number of days rafting on the Yukon River. Living in community, praying together, serving together and experiencing the untouched nature of Alaska, they will grow in their understanding of who they are and God's unique purpose for each of them.
