Summer Stress Reduction WorkshopSeton Hall's Psychological Studies Program presents the Summer 2014 Stress Prevention Workshop, available for all SHU students.

Workshop will teach evidence-based stress reduction skills, specifically Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Come learn how to manage all the demands in your life as a student.

This is a free workshop for all SHU students.

There will be two sessions available:
Tuesday May 27, 2014: 3 - 4 p.m.
Tuesday June 17, 2014: 3 - 4 p.m.
