In the second issue of In the Lead, we explore the topic of leadership in the face of disruption. What are the disruptions leaders face? How can they react? What have they learned? Can we apply these lessons in the future?

We bring you perspectives on what the new generation entering the workforce sees as a differentiator in their undergraduate experience that makes them a better leader today. We are looking at a new beginning. In parts of the world, we seem to have turned the corner on the current disruption brought upon us by COVID-19, but we will feel the aftereffects for some time to come. We will experience new disruptions. But we know we can overcome any disruption. We can lead, better. We are In the Lead!
