President, College of St. Benedict, to Present at Final Inclusion Speaker Series

Photo of Mary HintonJoin us on Friday, March 29, for the fourth part of the University's Inclusion Speaker Series presented by Mary D. Hinton, Ph.D., president of the College of St. Benedict, a Catholic liberal arts college for women in Minnesota.

Hinton, who earned her Ph.D. in religion and religious education from Fordham University, is a distinguished speaker about diversity and inclusion and brings a higher-education perspective to this important topic. Her scholarship focuses on African American religious history; religious education; and leadership, strategic planning, assessment and diversity.

The event is open to all Seton Hall faculty, administrators, staff and students to engage in self-reflection and examine how we promote inclusion. Faculty, administrators and staff who attend all four of the speaker series events will receive a certificate of attendance; please bring your SHU ID for the certificate of attendance records.
