- In your Blackboard course, locate the Control Panel on the left side of your Window.
- Click Customization to expand the list of options.
- Click Properties.
- Scroll down to item 5 - Select Language Pack.
- Choose the language of your course in the Language Pack drop down box. To prevent students from changing the course language, select the checkbox Enforce Language Pack.

The University provides access to your official university email from any computer with an internet connection through the SHU home page.
For the Western European Languages, the easiest way to include accents is to use the International Keyboard for English or the keyboard for the language you are using, such as Spanish. If you choose not to use the International keyboard or the language specific keyboard, and you are using Outlook Webmail (from the SHU website), you'll need to use the ASCII codes for accents such as à, è, ì, é and others special characters such as ¿ .
For Russian, Chinese and Japanese, you will need to enable the software keyboard for that language.
