President, Diplomacy Alumni Association

Mr. Dalai Fazio, M.A. ’06, is president of the Diplomacy Alumni Association. He currently works for Deloitte a global professional services network of member firms. He is the Client Relationship Executive to the World Bank Group and a Senior Manager in the multilateral finance and development banking practice. Working with worldwide clients and colleagues, he helps lead the delivery and discovery of services in the urban, human development, climate change and financial sectors in over 30 countries.

Prior to this role, Dalai spent three years working for Deloitte’s audit and assurance business supporting FG500 clients in the US, UK, France, Japan and Switzerland. He also served in an rotational strategy role for Deloitte’s Global Office for two years, assessing market expansion and sector prioritization questions before the board of directors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dalai started his career as a speech writer and information officer at the United Nations during the Kofi Annan and Ban Ki-moon administrations. During his time at Seton Hall, Dalai served as the President of the Graduate Diplomacy Council and was a graduate assistant in the Office of the Provost. He also holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and BA from Rutgers University.
