Evening of Irish Songs & Recitations  

Irish cultural heritage by James McGloneCome and enjoy this celebration of Irish cultural heritage, orchestrated by Dr. James McGlone and presented by the talented performers of the Celtic Theatre Company on Tuesday, April 17, at 7:30 p.m., in the Theatre-in-the-Round, of the University Center. In the tradition of Irish storytelling, cast members will regale the audience with their own tales of Irish travel and will recite narrative poems and stories that have been catalysts in the formation of Irish-American identity. Highlights of the evening will also include performances and sing-alongs of Irish and Irish-American songs. Light refreshments will be served. This event is free of charge and open to the public.
