The Stillman School of Business will host Clint Wallace of Sanofi North America on February 13, 2018. His presentation, "The Next Generation Job Market," will be held in Jubilee Hall Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
Wallace will share how the future of business is changing, the academic skills expected to be in demand in next 5 to 10 years, and the behaviors required to succeed in the evolving world of work.
He will be accompanied by Cristina Santos of Diversity and Inclusion at Sanofi North America.
"Given the topic and the fact that Sanofi is a multinational pharmaceutical company and a global healthcare leader, Mr. Wallace's presentation is of relevance to students in several Seton Hall schools and colleges," said A.D. Amar, professor of management at the Stillman School. "This will be an interactive discussion and attendees are encouraged to bring their questions."
As head of Human Resources for Sanofi in North America and the chair of the Sanofi US Leadership Team, Wallace is directly responsible for all management positions. He collaborates closely with the executive team to drive the organizational climate necessary in growing an innovative and collaborative company. In addition to Sanofi, Wallace spent years at BASF, GE Healthcare, Pratt & Whitney and the US Air Force.
