Sandhya Murti, Financial Services Executive; Alternatives and Hedge Funds
Founding member and Co-Chief Executive of Blue Branch Capital; Managing Partner -Brookway Capital, former Director Bank of America Merrill Lynch Sandhya is a senior leader with experience in asset management and financial services with expertise in investment due-diligence, deal structuring and execution, driving strategy and business expansion. Sandhya currently runs an investment vehicle, Blue Branch Capital, focused on making growth equity investments across all alternative asset management businesses.
Prior to Blue Branch, she co-founded Brookway Capital Management, a systematic equity hedge fund complex focused on constructing a low long-term correlation and absolute returns portfolio of niche strategies. She led the sourcing and due diligence of hedge fund managers and created an institutional scale platform. Previously, she spent over 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in senior leadership roles across corporate strategy, sales & trading and banking. She was responsible for covering alternative asset management businesses and built a Financial Institutions transaction banking book of business with annual revenues in excess of $30MM. Prior to that she was a director in Mortgage Trading and Securitization business, where she was brought in to drive business expansion through product development and asset work outs, which grew pre-tax income by over $100MM.
Prior to that, she served as a key member of the Merrill Lynch acquisition and integration team. During her tenure as a member of the Corporate Strategy & Planning team, she focused on acquisitions, divestitures and growth strategies for company's trading businesses.
Sandhya also serves in advisory roles for privately held companies. She has her B.S.E. and M.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Michigan.
Darren E. Grahame, CLU®, ChFC®, RHU®, REBC®, CASL®, RICP™, CAP®, CLF®, CFP®
Mr. Grahame has been the Development Officer with Northwestern Mutual in Morristown since May of 2016 and has been with the company since 2009. Prior to working in Morristown, Darren was the Development Officer in Memphis, TN for 19 months. As Development Officer, his role is to ensure achievement of all agency development targets; including all aspects of horizontal growth for the entire Network Office territory. Under his leadership, Morristown has had double digit growth in new recruits and new rep first year commissions every year since he joined the firm. As a mentor, College Unit Director and Development Officer, Darren has had a hand in converting 38 interns to full time and has helped develop 19 Pacesetter 1st 40s and 5 Pacesetter 2nd 60s. Currently, he is a Certified Coach and a Certified Master Trainer.
Previously, he was the Long Term Care Specialist for the Upstate NY area and a Field Director in the Syracuse office. Mr. Grahame also ran the internship program for four years as the College Unit Director with that same office, achieving the Conversion Master Award (2x) and the Conversion Leader Award (1x). As a financial representative in Syracuse, NY for five years, he achieved Pacesetter 1st 40 and 2nd 60 and routinely sold over 100 lives a year.
He takes continuing education very seriously and achieved eight professional designations in his first five years in the business. Mr. Grahame has always been very active in his association. He was the President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Syracuse and was the chair of the Young Advisors Team - Syracuse for several years. He was honored several times by the association, winning their prestigious Donald V. Murphy Appreciation Award in 2011 and the William J. Crandall Scholarship in 2014. He was recognized as one of Central New York Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2010.
Mr. Grahame received his B.S. in Business Management from Binghamton University in 2006. He currently resides in Rockaway, NJ with his wife Brigid and their two sons, Jameson and Sully. Darren is an avid sports fan and enjoys going to Syracuse and Yankees games often.

Adam Joseph joined Wells Fargo in 2009, establishing the Capital Strategies group within Public Finance. The Capital Strategies group works closely with both public finance investment bankers and commercial bankers to provide customized financing products to municipal and not-for-profit borrowers. Mr. Joseph began his career at JPMorgan in 1992, where he served as a public finance banker and a structured lending specialist before moving to Bank of America in 2006. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Joseph was the head of Bank of America's Structured Municipal Products group where he established and ran that firm's direct purchase and tax-exempt investor finance (TOB) businesses.
Mr. Joseph has a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University (1987) and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Columbia Business School (1992).

Prior to joining Credit Suisse in late 2018, Paul spent the previous 20 years in various sales and trading leadership roles on the institutional equity desks at Citibank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Paul began his career in the Management Audit and Controls Analyst program at Paine Webber Inc. after graduating from Seton Hall with a B.S. in Finance in 1992. Paul went on to receive his MBA from New York University in 1998, majoring in Finance and Economics. Paul has been married to his wife Jennifer (SHU Class of '93) for 21 years. They reside in Whippany, NJ with their three teenage children and their dog, Maizy.

Seton Hall's team has placed or won a number of these rounds over the passed decade of competition.
