2023 Slavic Academic Olympiad  

Tatiana ShiloffOn Thursday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m., Slavic Club is hosting its Annual Slavic Academic Olympiad. It's a competition among the Slavic Club members, Russian students and guests - on their knowledge of Slavic Cultures and the Russian language. Professor Shiloff is going to conduct this game-based competition, with the assistance of one of her students, Allison Wrobel.

Slavic Academic Olympiad will aim to broaden and enhance students' knowledge of Eastern Europe and the Russian language. Answers to the questions during this Olympiad are going to be revealed by Prof. Shiloff and Allison. They will also share with the audience additional details pertaining to the answers to these questions.

As an extra incentive, different prizes will be awarded to those Academic Olympiad Champions who will participate in person, and who will receive the highest number of points. In order to partake in this fun and educational competition, please make certain that your phones or laptops are fully charged and connected to SHU's WiFi. Everyone is welcome to play, but in order to win the prizes you have to participate in person!
