Seton Hall Alumni Relations is gearing up for an exciting year of engagement opportunities across the country through the regional alumni chapter program. The program is off to a strong start on the West Coast. In August, representatives of the Alumni Relations office gathered with the Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, and Portland regional alumni chapters to discuss event ideas, volunteer and other engagement opportunities.
Each chapter's respective gathering provided alumni with an opportunity to connect with local Pirates and recruit new members and ambassadors. The Seattle chapter was able to sendoff two incoming Seton Hall students, a great show of support for the new Pirates who have already seen the strength of the alumni network in their hometown.
Several chapters on the East Coast are also off to a great 2017-2018 start through the Summer Baseball Series. Alumni, family and friends enjoyed America's favorite pastime at both minor and major league baseball games at discounted prices throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania areas.
The Seton Hall regional alumni program continues to build upon the foundation of its existing chapters. Providing a robust regional alumni chapter program for all of Seton Hall's 100,000 alumni means Seton Hall is well represented near and far. Thanks to the program Pirates can move around the country and around the world while remaining connected to their alma mater and fellow Setonians.
As all regional alumni chapters prepare to kickoff the 2017-2018 year, alumni should be on the lookout for invitations and news regarding what their chapter is planning.
