Ireland and New Jersey: From History to Heritage  

Irish FlagCelebrate Irish Heritage Week with the Pirates of Irish Persuasion & Extraction (PIPE) Alumni Club and Seton Hall Alumni Relations at a presentation titled "Ireland and New Jersey: From History to Heritage." Our featured speaker at this event, which is part of PIPE's Irish Studies Discussion Series, will be Dr. Dermot Quinn, Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of History at Seton Hall University. 

Dr. Quinn, author of The Irish in New Jersey: Four Centuries of American Life, has received many recognitions in the Irish-American and scholarly communities, and is a sought-after commentator on the Irish experience in New Jersey. The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place in the Nursing Amphitheater on the ground level of the Caroline D. Schwartz College of Nursing Building on Seton Hal's South Orange campus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23.
