Dr. Young's research focuses on entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility and international business.
Dr. Young's research interests center on the intersection of the entrepreneurship, international business, and corporate social responsibility fields, with a particular interest in understanding how the institutional environment in which the focal firm is embedded affects the strategy and performance of both multinational enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures.
Her dissertation topic was "Cross-national differences in corporate social responsibility in the global apparel industry."
Dr. Young teaches Business Policy and Entrepreneurship in the Stillman School of Business here at Seton Hall. Previously she taught Business Policy, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship at the Ohio State University.
