PLTL 1113IA (20581) History of Philosophy III

Beginning with the end of the 19 century through the end of 20 century, an analysis of the development of three major schools of contemporary philosophy — phenomenology, existentialism, and analytic philosophy — and more recent philosophical developments such as postmodernism. Special emphasis will be given to certain Christian philosophers and the revival of Thomism.
