The Department of Information Technology Service Desk is staffed by IT professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Walk Up Support

Technical Services Area, Corrigan Hall, Lower Level, Room 29
8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. Last customer is taken at 5:30 p.m.

Classroom and Event Support

8 a.m. - 10:45 p.m. Monday - Thursday (doors close at 9 p.m.)
8 a.m. - 10:45 p.m. Friday (doors close at 5 p.m.)
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday (limited walk-up hours based on Library hours)

Walk up support is not available when the Library is closed.  Please refer to the Library Calendar for the building hours of operation.

Asset Management Office

Corrigan Hall, Lower Level, Room 27
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Department Business Hours

Monday-Friday 8:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
For all IT offices, University IT Services and TLT Center offices in Corrigan Hall and the lower level of Walsh Library.
