Seton Hall Senior JT Thomas credits the state of the art fitness center with not only helping him shed more than 100 pounds but also finding a new career path in fitness. As a freshman he gained 50 pounds and decided he had to change his unhealthy college habits. He dumped the late night hours and snacks and headed to the newly renovated fitness center. He now wants to go to graduate school for exercise science and help others live the healthy life the fitness center has helped motivate. Sponsored By: Business (School of)
