Kassie Lagua is a 19-year-old sophomore from Union, New Jersey majoring in voice performance major and elementary special education. She says being a teacher will give her plenty of opportunities to integrate music in teaching and use it to inspire her students. Each semester she has a different classroom experience allowing her to learn about classroom management, lesson plans, curriculum and different teaching techniques in varied settings such as private and Catholic schools, inner city, and suburban classrooms. Sponsored By: Education and Human Services (College of)
