Kimberly A. Mailley is Assistant Director, Center for Diaconal Formation. She has nearly 30 years of experience in office management, including seven years in continuing education and retreats for priests. Before working at ICSST, she was Assistant Director of the International Institute for Clergy Formation at Seton Hall University. In collaboration with the Center for Diaconal Formation’s Advisory Committee consisting of wives of deacons from multiple dioceses, Kimberly has developed spiritual enrichment programs and initiatives for wives of deacons and deacon candidates, and for deacon couples. Kimberly earned her B.S. in Business Management with a Finance concentration from Rutgers University Newark College of Arts and Sciences and has a Certificate in Youth Ministry awarded by Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology and the Center for Ministry Development, Gig Harbor, WA. She anticipates completing her M.A. in Pastoral Ministry in December 2017. Kimberly served as Coordinator of Youth Ministry for 19 years and, in July 2015, was appointed Pastoral Associate for the New Evangelization at Saint James the Apostle Church, Springfield, NJ. She is an Associate Member of the National Association of Diaconate Directors. Kimberly co-authored “A Special Occasion for New Jersey's Deacons,” an article on the Center for Diaconal Formation’s National Diaconate Convocation, which was published in the March 2017 issue of Deacon Digest.
